糜蛋白酶

概述
糜蛋白酶又稱(chēng)為胰凝乳蛋白酶，是從牛（豬）的新鮮胰腺中提取分離出的肽鏈內切酶。呈白色、微黃色結晶或無(wú)定形粉末，易溶于水，不溶于有機溶劑。相對分子質(zhì)量24000，最適PH8~9。干態(tài)穩定，水溶液中會(huì )迅速失活，以PH3~4的水溶液為最穩定。作用于蛋白質(zhì)時(shí)，優(yōu)先水解L-酪氨酸和L-苯丙氨酸的羧基所形成的肽鍵。

用途
? 臨床用于一般創(chuàng )傷或手術(shù)后創(chuàng )口愈合、抗炎，防止局部水腫、積血、扭傷血腫、乳房手術(shù)后局部腫脹、中耳炎、鼻炎等；用于白內障摘除、松解睫肌韌帶、減少襄腫破裂和視網(wǎng)膜損傷。
除此之外，和胰蛋白酶聯(lián)合使用，做為廣普消炎藥。
? 作為抗菌素和殺菌藥物的輔助用藥，廣泛應用于動(dòng)物用藥及動(dòng)物保健領(lǐng)域。
