CryoTrack 耐低溫電子標(biāo)簽（-196℃ RFID）
The RFID is a superior technology that allows non-contact sample identification, however there are a number of formidable challenges in terms of operability and usability. We succeeded in achieving non-contact identification while retaining the usability, by embedding thin RFID tag between conventional sample labels.
RFID電子標(biāo)簽傳感技術(shù)可實(shí)現(xiàn)非接觸式樣本識別，但是在實(shí)際應(yīng)用和操作上仍然面臨很多挑戰(zhàn)，通過在常規(guī)的標(biāo)簽中植入RFID電子磁圈，我們成功的實(shí)現(xiàn)了非接觸式的樣本識別。
1) Temperature range that corresponds to ample management 適當(dāng)?shù)臏囟瓤刂品秶?br>Our proprietary verifications confirmed long-term and low-temperature storage resistance with liquid nitrogen at liquid phase temperature(-196℃)
我們對在液氮(-196℃)條件下進(jìn)行了專門的驗(yàn)證，證明其可長期超低溫存放
2) RFID tag data writing and label printing at the same time 標(biāo)簽數(shù)據(jù)可同時寫入信息與打印信息
RFID tag data writing and label printing at the same time when label is issued. Data backup is possible even if the RFID tag breaks down.
當(dāng)信息內(nèi)容確定后，RFID標(biāo)簽可寫入和打印相應(yīng)數(shù)據(jù)，即使RFID標(biāo)簽破損，數(shù)據(jù)信息也可以備份
3) No specific type of tube needs to be used 無需使用特殊類型的凍存管
The usability of the sample control label, with existing track records, remain the same. Tubes that are currently in use can be used when transitioning to the RFID control, without changing any tube.
樣品現(xiàn)有標(biāo)簽的內(nèi)容可以與CryoTrack電子標(biāo)簽內(nèi)容保持一致，過渡增加了RFID傳感追溯功能，可以使用當(dāng)前在用的凍存管，無需更換特殊尺寸凍存管。
4) Coordination with automatic labeler 配合自動貼標(biāo)機(jī)
In addition to printing and loading data, automation can be extended to include automated adhesion on tubes by coordinating with the Spin Labeler, which is an automatic tube labeler.
除了打印和寫入數(shù)據(jù)外，可以通過自動旋轉(zhuǎn)貼標(biāo)機(jī)實(shí)現(xiàn)凍存管表面自動貼標(biāo)。
5) High-speed scanning available with RFID 電子標(biāo)簽可進(jìn)行高速掃描讀取
A dedicated reader-writer unit can be used to perform a batch identification of 100 tubes in just a few seconds, even when they are frozen at -150℃
即使在-150℃極低溫度情況下，專用的讀寫器也可以在幾秒鐘內(nèi)就能完成100個凍存管的批量識別。
*It is not possible to identify positional information in the box
但是并不能識別凍存盒內(nèi)的位置信息。
6) Customizable 訂制服務(wù)
Label sizes and RFID tags can be customized to suit dimensions of sample containers and applications 尺寸和RFID標(biāo)簽可以根據(jù)樣品容器和應(yīng)用不同進(jìn)行訂制化服務(wù)提供。
