說(shuō)明 Description
葡萄糖通常是指以淀粉為原料，經(jīng)液化、糖化，再通過(guò)精制、濃縮、冷卻結晶所得的含有一個(gè)水分子的產(chǎn)品，一水葡萄糖溶液可進(jìn)一步脫水精制得到純度更高的無(wú)水葡萄糖。Glucose usually refers to a product containing one water molecule that is obtained from starch through liquefaction, saccharification, refining, concentration, and cooling crystallization. Monohydrate glucose solution can be further dehydrated and refined to obtain anhydrous glucose with higher purity.
