1.采用多臺CCD多次各象限的重疊檢測，漏檢率極低。常規(guī)要求下檢測準(zhǔn)確率99.5%。
Using multiple CCD multiple overlapping detection of each quadrant, the missed detection rate will be controlled extremely. The detection accuracy rate is 99.5% under conventional requirements.
2.可準(zhǔn)確的檢測出膠囊的各種或內(nèi)部或外部缺陷，如:插劈，套環(huán)，臟污，小孔，空膠囊，異物膠囊，半填充，頂凹等。
The various internal or external defects of the capsule, such as: wedge, sleeve ring, dirt, small hole, empty capsule, foreign body capsule, half-filled, top concave, etc will be detected accurately
3.特別是可以檢測印字缺陷。
The printing defect could be dectected.
4.運(yùn)行中漏粉膠囊不會影響其他膠囊，且非常清潔非常方便。

5.搭配真空上料裝置可以實(shí)現(xiàn)無人操作。

6.采用高速高精度的工業(yè)CCD及工業(yè)電腦，設(shè)備運(yùn)行穩(wěn)定，檢測速度可達(dá)200000粒/H，可24小時(shí)運(yùn)轉(zhuǎn)。
