Allicin
Allicin,also known as allitridin.The chemical name is diallyl trisulfide compound. Having the function of possessing to destroy harmful micro-organisms, and promote the growth, also can flavour the animal food.It has no toxic and side effect and no residue.Now it is widely used in farming industry.
