離心機：離心機在高速運轉的時(shí)候，會(huì )產(chǎn)生靜電火花，里面的物料如果含有醇類(lèi)、苯類(lèi)、酯類(lèi)等可燃性揮發(fā)性的氣體，就會(huì )有爆炸的安全隱患。
?目前行業(yè)里的解決辦法大部分采取充氮氣置換的方法，置換的時(shí)間長(cháng)短，一種是憑著(zhù)生產(chǎn)經(jīng)驗進(jìn)行，二種是看氮氣壓力值，第三種就是持續的進(jìn)行充氮保護；然而上述的解決方法做不到準確的讀取氧氣的數值，或者造成氮氣資源的浪費；導致離心機爆炸事故頻頻發(fā)生。
針對上述情況：我公司采取前級采樣預處理+現場(chǎng)數值顯示+電磁閥連鎖充氮/切斷離心機電源，也可根據生產(chǎn)需要將數據（推薦4-20mA）遠傳至DCS、GDS或者通過(guò)物聯(lián)網(wǎng)技術(shù)進(jìn)行現場(chǎng)數據手機APP推送/微信的組合方式，保證離心機的正常運轉。

? At present, most of the solutions in the industry take the method of nitrogen replacement, the length of time of replacement, one is based on production experience, the second is to look at the nitrogen pressure value, and the third is to continue to carry out nitrogen filling protection; however, the above solution can not accurately read the value of oxygen, or cause the waste of nitrogen resources; lead to frequent centrifuge explosion accidents.
In view of the above situation: our company adopts pre-sampling pretreatment + on-site value display + solenoid valve interlocking nitrogen filling / cutting off the power supply of the centrifuge, and can also transmit the data (recommended 4-20mA) to DCS, GDS or through the Internet of Thing
