本設備適用于泡騰片、消毒片、糖類(lèi)等容易粘沖物料進(jìn)行壓片時(shí)，對壓片機磨具噴涂硬脂酸鎂等潤滑劑涂層，以達到便于片劑脫模、防止粘沖等作用。
工作原理：將粉體狀硬脂酸鎂加入設備料筒，通過(guò)攪拌、螺桿輸送，同壓縮空氣混合形成硬脂酸鎂與空氣的混合氣體，在通過(guò)噴嘴對壓片模具進(jìn)行噴涂。
This device is suitable for pressing effervescent tablets, disinfectant tablets, sugars and other materials that are prone to sticking and punching. When spraying lubricant coatings such as magnesium stearate on the grinding tools of the tablet press, it can facilitate tablet demolding and prevent sticking and punching.
Working principle: Powder magnesium stearate is added to the equipment barrel, stirred and transported by screws, mixed with compressed air to form a mixed gas of magnesium stearate and air, and then sprayed onto the tablet mold through a nozzle.
