頂噴制粒:
頂噴裝置由物料容器和擴散室組成。物料受氣流的推力自料斗內向上運動(dòng)至擴散室,由于擴散室的直徑較大,空氣流速較低,當物料自身重力克服氣流的推力后下落,以此往復形成流化狀態(tài),液態(tài)介質(zhì)通過(guò)霧化系統輸送到系統中,由噴嘴霧化成極細小的液滴自上而下噴入,方向與物料運動(dòng)的方向相反。通過(guò)液態(tài)介質(zhì)的表面張力所搭建的液橋,粉末物料粘合在一起,形成體積不斷擴大,最終形成一定大小的顆粒。
不配置霧化噴霧系統,流化床可用于干燥目的
op spray system is made up of product container and spray chamber. Upon the pushing force by inlet air stream, materials moves up to the spray chamber through the hopper. Since the chamber is large in diameter, air flow speed is low. When materials arrive where the air stream cannot afford the gravity of materials, product start to fall down and then repeat the previous movement that is so-called fluidization. Different to bottom spray and tangent spray, fluidization in the top spray process is not regular.
Liquid medium is transported into the system by atomizing device, enters from spray nozzle, atomizes and becomes very fine liquid drop, and then sprays into the fluid bed system from top to bottom; the fluid flow and material movement are in the same direction. The “liquid bridge” built by the surface strain of liquid medium, powder materials conglutinate with each other, the bulk enlarges continuously, thus to form granules.
底噴包衣
通過(guò)在料斗內增設一個(gè)上下兩端開(kāi)口的隔圈以及與之對應的具有不同開(kāi)孔率的篩板,以控制物料運動(dòng)形成有序的流化狀態(tài)。噴液通過(guò)安裝于篩板中心的氣動(dòng)噴嘴加入到系統中,槍頭向上,自下而上噴液,其方向與物料運動(dòng)方向相同。隔圈與篩板之間有一定的間距,以保證物料能順暢地從隔圈外流向隔圈內,形成循環(huán)往復的流動(dòng)狀態(tài)。底噴工藝是最為理想的包衣裝置
The application of bottom spray system generally combines a coating insert and appropriate perforated screen which effectively regulate the movement of material in a regulare fluidization status. Certain gap shall be kept between the insert bottom and screen to ensure material to flow through smoothly from outer. The liquid is sprayed upwards the pneumatic nozzle that is positioned in the center of screen. Fluid bed with bottom spray system is the most ideal unit for coating process.
側噴制丸、包裹覆層:
切線(xiàn)噴裝置由一個(gè)科上下移動(dòng)但無(wú)開(kāi)孔的轉盤(pán)取代了篩板,調節轉盤(pán)的高度即可在不改變氣流速度的情況下調節進(jìn)風(fēng)量,因為轉盤(pán)與料斗壁之間產(chǎn)生了一個(gè)間隙,通過(guò)間隙增加或降低氣流量。不論是在進(jìn)行制粒、制丸或是包衣覆層時(shí),通過(guò)降低轉盤(pán)高度可以使干燥速率保持在較低的水平。同樣地,為快速蒸發(fā)介質(zhì),可調節轉盤(pán)高度,也就增大了轉盤(pán)與料斗壁間的間隙,增加了氣流量。
A disc insert substitutes bottom screen in the side spray process. The adjustable height of disc insert is to control the air amount via control panel because the gap between disc edge and wall of container is created. In this case there is no need to alter the air velocity. No matter it is in process of granulating, pelletizing or coating, this adjustable gap is able to keep a low drying effect by lowering disc insert when materials need enough humidity level. Likewise, in order to to rapidly evaporate the fluid medium, air volume can get increased via lifting up the disc.
噴液通過(guò)裝在料斗壁上的霧化噴嘴加入到料斗內,噴嘴噴射的方向與物料流化狀態(tài)的方向一致,呈切線(xiàn)狀噴入。物料在其自身重力、入風(fēng)氣流的推力、轉盤(pán)旋轉的離心力作用下形成流化狀態(tài)。采用側噴工藝制成球形顆粒,相較于頂噴工藝,顆粒圓度較飽滿(mǎn),但是產(chǎn)品收得率相對較低。
Fluid medium is sprayed into container via a spray gun positioned at the side of container in the identical direction with that of fluidized products.Three forces that are integrated to make materials fluidized are products’ weight, inlet air’s thrusting force and centrifugal force by rotation of disc. Compared to the top spray system, the product obtained by side spray process features much better roundness, similar to spheric granule or pellet while the yield of products is relatively lower.
