本機是一種雙壓式自動(dòng)旋轉，連續壓片的機器，將顆粒狀原料壓制成圓片、刻字和異形、雙色片劑。它主要用于制藥工業(yè)的片劑生產(chǎn)，同時(shí)適用于化工、食品、電子等工業(yè)企業(yè)。
特點(diǎn)：
1、外圍罩殼為全不銹鋼封閉形式，內部臺面采用不銹鋼材料，能保持表面光澤與防止交叉污染，符合GMP要求。
2、裝有有機玻璃透視窗，可視壓片狀態(tài)，側面板能全部打開(kāi)，易于內部清理和保養。
3、所有控制器和操作件均布局合理。
4、采用變頻調速裝置進(jìn)行電氣調速，操作方便，轉動(dòng)平穩，安全準確。
5、實(shí)行機電一體化。
6、使用半自動(dòng)潤滑裝置及轉臺上端有機玻璃防塵裝置。
7、傳動(dòng)系統密封在主機下方油箱中，是安全分離的獨立部件，亦不會(huì )有相互污染，又使傳動(dòng)部浸潤在油池中，易散熱且耐磨。
8、配有吸粉裝置，能將壓制室內的粉塵吸取。
